Good Cholesterol Milkshake

  • 1 scoop of powder (with spiru-tein and fruitein scoop provided)
  • 1 cup of milk (whole, 1%, 2%, or skim)
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes
  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of fresh flaxseed oil

Put it all in a blender and mix until smooth. What do you get when you mix milk, ice and fat? Ice Cream! This recipe tastes even better than the basic. The oil adds smoothness and a bit of a nutty flavor. If your doctor ever told you to consume more “good” cholesterol, then this is the shake to try.
*One note: The flaxseed oil does add considerably more calories, so don’t forget to count them. No cheating!
